
Technical Sales Representative
The Technical Sales Representative (TSR) role acts as both a technical advisor to our customers for box quality, box design, machinery, processes, procedures, project management, etc. as well as strategic sales professional assisting IP with maintaining current volume, growing new volume in existing accounts and identifying and leading margin improvement activities within assigned accounts. Understands customer’s common packaging machinery (ex. case erectors) and is able to troubleshoot routine problems and equipment failures. Grows new volume within assigned accounts by partnering with customers in a consultative relationship that maximizes value for the customer and profitability for IP. Analyzes and provides timely feedback to the plant on market and business conditions.
Minimum of 2 years of experience within the corrugated industry related to either manufacturing, sales/marketing, or packaging design
