Responsibilities:
• Manage and coordinate all aspects of events from start to finish, including preparation, organization, and implementation. • Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth execution of events. • Handle inquiries and provide excellent customer service to all guests. • Monitor event progress and provide guidance and assistance to vendors as needed. • Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers. • Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. • Maintain accurate records of all events. • Monitor and control event budget. • Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during event. • Generate event reports and post-event analysis.
