We are looking for a passionate and knowledgeable Barista to join our Starbucks team at InterContinental Hotels! Our ideal candidate will possess exceptional customer service skills and a strong knowledge of coffee, tea, and espresso drinks. You will have the opportunity to not only create delicious drinks for our guests, but to also provide them with a positive and memorable experience.The qualifications we are looking for include: a minimum of one year of barista experience, the ability to quickly learn and execute Starbucks policies and procedures, excellent customer service skills, and an understanding of coffee brewing methods. 7. Manage cash register and process payments quickly and accurately.

9. Respond to customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner.
10. Keep current on Starbucks policies and procedures.
