Salesforce Marketing Cloud Senior Developer

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Salesforce Marketing Cloud Senior Developer to join the InterContinental Hotels team. The ideal candidate has expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) and is able to design, develop, and maintain solutions that support our global marketing needs. The Senior Developer must possess strong business acumen, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with multiple teams.To be successful in this role, candidates must have a minimum of 5 years of experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including developing custom solutions, integrations, and automation. Additionally, the ideal candidate has experience with the full Salesforce platform, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Communities. Responsibilities for this role include:

• Developing custom solutions, integrations, and automation with Salesforce Marketing Cloud
• Troubleshooting and resolving SFMC related issues
• Designing and developing marketing campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud
• Managing and maintaining solutions with Salesforce Marketing Cloud
• Creating and managing integrations with other Salesforce clouds such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Communities
• Creating and managing integrations with external systems
• Utilizing Salesforce AppExchange for solutions and integrations
• Communicating effectively with stakeholders
• Working collaboratively with multiple teams
• Utilizing strong business acumen and problem-solving skills to achieve desired outcomes
