
Sales Coordinator
At InterContinental Hotels, we’re looking for an experienced, motivated Sales Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the sales team and ensuring that our guests have a great experience when interacting with our brand.To be successful in this position, you must have exceptional communication and organizational skills, as well as sales experience. Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the sales team, including preparing reports, managing calendars, updating customer records, and taking phone calls.
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers, vendors, and other stakeholders.
- Assist with the design and implementation of sales strategies and promotional activities.
- Analyze customer data and sales trends to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Manage and track sales goals and objectives.
- Create and implement customer service policies and procedures.
- Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor when interacting with customers and colleagues.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
- Develop training materials for sales team representatives.
- Monitor competitors’ activities and pricing.
