Job Description

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Sales and Marketing Director to join the team at InterContinental Hotels. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of the hospitality industry, along with an innate ability to develop and execute strategies to drive sales, build customer loyalty, and increase brand recognition.To be successful in this role, you will need a minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and marketing management, preferably in the hospitality industry. You will need to be a confident leader with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You should be organized, creative, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment. A bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field is preferred. We are looking for a Sales and Marketing Director who is committed to excellence and is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences. Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to increase customer loyalty, drive revenue, and build brand recognition.
  2. Manage and coordinate all sales and marketing activities, including advertising, public relations, promotions, and events.
  3. Analyze market trends to identify opportunities for growth and develop new products and services.
  4. Oversee the development and maintenance of marketing materials, including collateral, web content, and social media content.
  5. Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures.
  6. Monitor and evaluate the performance of sales and marketing initiatives.
  7. Lead and motivate the sales and marketing teams to meet business objectives.
  8. Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to ensure that sales and marketing activities are in alignment with the overall business strategy.
  9. Develop and manage the marketing budget.
  10. Track and report on key performance indicators.
