Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and passionate individual to join our team as Sales and Marketing Director at InterContinental Hotels. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of sales and marketing and a proven track record of success in the hotel industry. The successful candidate will be a strategic leader with excellent communication and organizational skills, able to develop and implement successful sales and marketing plans.This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-paced, dynamic team and contribute to the success of our hotels. The Sales and Marketing Director will be responsible for understanding and executing the overall sales and marketing strategy to meet the goals of the hotel.We are looking for an experienced sales and marketing professional who is self-motivated, passionate, and eager to learn. The successful candidate should possess excellent communication and organizational skills and be comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of five years of experience in a sales and marketing role in the hotel industry, with a proven track record of results in sales revenue, marketing campaigns, and customer service.We are looking for someone who is creative, analytical, and has the ability to think strategically. The successful candidate should have a strong understanding of the hotel industry, a deep knowledge of customer service principles, and the ability to develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders. Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement successful sales and marketing plans to meet the goals of the hotel.
  2. Manage customer service principles and develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
  3. Analyze and evaluate sales and marketing strategies to ensure maximum efficiency.
  4. Monitor customer feedback and adjust strategies accordingly.
  5. Utilize creative and analytical skills to think strategically.
  6. Provide leadership and guidance to sales and marketing team members.
  7. Create and monitor sales and marketing budgets.
  8. Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and laws.
  9. Track and report on sales and marketing performance metrics.
  10. Develop new strategies to drive sales and marketing growth.
