Room Attendant

1. Clean and maintain guest rooms to the highest standard.
2. Ensure all guest amenities and supplies are restocked in a timely manner.
3. Respond quickly and efficiently to any guest requests.
4. Follow all safety and sanitation policies and procedures.
5. Report any maintenance issues to the appropriate personnel.
6. Keep storage areas and carts well-stocked, clean, and organized.
7. Greet guests and be a source of information about the hotel and local area.
8. Maintain a professional and friendly attitude at all times.
9. Work closely with other team members to ensure guest satisfaction.
10. Follow detailed cleaning instructions and procedures.
