Responsibilities:

1. Maintain a clean and comfortable environment for guests in the public area.
2. Ensure that all areas of the public area are cleaned and maintained according to established standards.
3. Provide excellent customer service to guests.
4. Respond to guest inquiries and complaints in a timely and efficient manner.
5. Report any maintenance or safety issues to the proper personnel.
6. Ensure all public area supplies are adequately stocked.
7. Follow all safety and security policies and procedures.
8. Ensure all regulations and laws are adhered to.
9. Assist in the training and development of new team members.
10. Perform other duties as assigned.
