
Manager, Front Office Operations

Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of front office staff and ensure the highest level of customer service is delivered to guests.
- Provide exceptional service to guests.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Manage daily operations of the front office, including scheduling and supervising staff.
- Oversee the check-in and check-out process, ensuring that all guests receive a warm welcome and smooth departure.
- Train and mentor new front office staff, providing guidance and feedback.
- Monitor and oversee the accurate completion of all front office paperwork.
- Ensure all hotel policies and procedures are followed.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase guest satisfaction.
- Track and analyze guest feedback and take appropriate action to address any issues.
