We are looking for an enthusiastic and passionate Manager of Front Office Operations to join our team at InterContinental Hotels. You will be responsible for leading a team of front office staff and ensuring the highest level of customer service is delivered to our guests. To be successful in this role you need to have a strong background in hotel front office operations, excellent interpersonal and leadership skills, and an eye for detail. You must also be passionate about the hospitality industry and committed to providing exceptional service to our guests. Responsibilities:

  1. Lead a team of front office staff and ensure the highest level of customer service is delivered to guests.
  2. Provide exceptional service to guests.
  3. Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  4. Manage daily operations of the front office, including scheduling and supervising staff.
  5. Oversee the check-in and check-out process, ensuring that all guests receive a warm welcome and smooth departure.
  6. Train and mentor new front office staff, providing guidance and feedback.
  7. Monitor and oversee the accurate completion of all front office paperwork.
  8. Ensure all hotel policies and procedures are followed.
  9. Develop and implement strategies to increase guest satisfaction.
  10. Track and analyze guest feedback and take appropriate action to address any issues.
