Housekeeping Room Attendant

The InterContinental Hotels is seeking an enthusiastic, detail-oriented Housekeeping Room Attendant with a passion for providing extraordinary service. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that guest rooms and other areas of the hotel are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness. Responsibilities: -Clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and other areas of the hotel according to established standards of cleanliness -Replenish supplies such as linens, towels, and toiletries -Ensure all furniture, fixtures, and fittings are in good condition and functioning properly -Inspect guest rooms for any maintenance or repair issues -Respond quickly and efficiently to guest requests or complaints -Report any problems or incidents to the Housekeeping Supervisor -Perform routine maintenance tasks such as vacuuming, dusting, and polishing -Ensure all safety and security regulations are followed -Work collaboratively with other members of the housekeeping team to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction
