Responsibilities of a Housekeeping Room Attendant:

1. Clean and maintain guest rooms and public spaces in a timely manner to ensure a high level of guest satisfaction.
2. Change bed linens, towels, and other amenities as needed.
3. Vacuum, dust, and mop floors and surfaces.
4. Empty wastebaskets and clean ashtrays.
5. Replenish guest room supplies and amenities.
6. Inspect rooms for cleanliness and damage.
7. Report any maintenance or repair needs to management.
8. Respond to guest inquiries and requests in a prompt and friendly manner.
9. Follow all safety and security protocols.
10. Lift and move heavy objects as needed.
11. Work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
