
Housekeeping Room Attendant
As a Housekeeping Room Attendant at InterContinental Hotels, you will be responsible for creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for our guests. Responsibilities: • Prepare hotel rooms for guest arrival and ensure they are clean and comfortable • Perform daily cleaning tasks such as vacuuming, dusting, laundry, and bed making • Replenish linen, amenities, and supplies in rooms as needed • Monitor and restock cleaning supplies and materials • Follow standard operating procedures for cleaning and sanitation • Report maintenance issues to the Housekeeping Supervisor • Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and professionalism • Greet guests with a warm and friendly attitude • Ensure the security of guest rooms • Demonstrate excellent customer service skills • Adhere to all safety and security regulations
