
Hotel Talent Partner
We are looking for an experienced Hotel Talent Partner to join the team at InterContinental Hotels! In this role, you will serve as an integral member of the Human Resources team, responsible for providing a full range of talent acquisition and talent development support to the organization. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate and detail-oriented individual who has a knack for finding the best talent to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess excellent interpersonal communication and organizational skills, with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. To be successful in this role, you should possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, and at least 3 years of experience in a similar role. Additionally, experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HRIS systems are essential. If this sounds like you, we’d love to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
- Source and recruit qualified candidates for a range of hotel positions using various recruitment techniques.
- Develop and maintain an effective talent acquisition strategy to ensure the organization has a deep pool of candidates.
- Review resumes and applications, conduct interviews, and use background checks to evaluate candidates.
- Foster relationships with local colleges and universities to identify potential interns and graduates.
- Create and implement a comprehensive onboarding program for new hires.
- Develop and implement employee development plans to support career growth.
- Monitor and review employee performance and provide coaching and feedback.
- Manage employee relations and resolve any conflicts or disputes.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and documentation in accordance with HR policies and procedures.
- Utilize ATS and HRIS systems to maintain employee records and track hiring progress.
