Job Description

At InterContinental Hotels, our Front Desk Agents serve as the face of our organization, providing our guests with a warm welcome and exceptional service. We are looking for someone who is passionate about providing excellent hospitality.The successful candidate for this position will have superb customer service skills, effective communication abilities, and a friendly, professional demeanor. You will need to have a strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. A high school diploma or equivalent is required. Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality setting is preferred.If you are a customer-focused individual who is eager to provide an excellent experience to every guest, then we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

  1. Greet and welcome guests upon their arrival.
  2. Respond to guest inquiries and requests in a prompt, professional, and friendly manner.
  3. Process check-ins and checkouts in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  4. Maintain a high level of customer service at all times.
  5. Ensure that all guests’ needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.
  6. Accurately process payments and provide appropriate change.
  7. Monitor the lobby area and ensure its cleanliness.
  8. Maintain accurate records of guests’ information and transactions.
  9. Provide assistance with luggage and any other requests.
  10. Stay up to date on all hotel services, amenities, and special offers.
