Job Description

At InterContinental Hotels, we are looking for a Front Desk Agent who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and hospitality. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first and last impression for our guests. You will be responsible for providing high-quality service to all of our guests and ensuring their experience is warm, welcoming and memorable. The ideal candidate for this position should possess excellent communication and organizational skills, be a problem solver, be able to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment, and have a strong attention to detail. Additionally, the Front Desk Agent should have the ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Responsibilities:

  1. Provide high-quality customer service and hospitality to all guests upon arrival and departure.
  2. Assist guests with check-in, check-out, reservations, and any other inquiries.
  3. Handle guest requests in a timely and friendly manner.
  4. Ensure all guests are provided with accurate information and directions.
  5. Ensure all guests are provided with a warm and welcoming experience.
  6. Ensure all areas of the hotel are clean and well-maintained.
  7. Monitor front desk inventory and order supplies as needed.
  8. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise.
  9. Maintain accurate records and documentation.
  10. Work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
