
Executive Banquet Chef
The InterContinental Hotels Group is seeking an experienced and passionate Executive Banquet Chef to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a creative culinary approach and will be a culinary leader and mentor to our banquet staff. The Executive Banquet Chef will be responsible for overseeing all banquet operations and ensuring that all food served meets our high standards of quality and presentation.Qualifications:• Minimum 5 years of experience in banquet kitchen management• Culinary degree or certificate from an accredited college or university• Proven experience in developing menu items, cost control and creating banquet menus• Strong knowledge of kitchen sanitation practices• A reliable track record of successful food preparation, presentation, and production• Outstanding leadership, communication, and organizational skills• Ability to work under pressure and think on your feet• Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environmentIf you are an enthusiastic leader with a passion for culinary excellence, we want to hear from you!
