The InterContinental Hotels is on the hunt for a passionate and experienced Director of Food & Beverage to join the team! In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to make a lasting impact on our guests’ experience, manage a multi-million dollar budget, and lead a team of culinary and operational professionals.To succeed in this role, you’ll need to be a proven leader with a strong background in hospitality, with a sharp eye for detail. Responsibilities: -Develop and maintain a high standard of food and beverage operations -Manage a multi-million dollar budget -Lead a team of culinary and operational professionals -Create a culture of excellence -Think strategically, creatively, and innovatively -Provide exceptional service to guests -Ensure the highest quality of guest satisfaction -Develop and implement processes to improve operational efficiency -Manage relationships with vendors and suppliers -Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations -Train and mentor staff on food and beverage operations -Analyze data and performance metrics to optimize operations
