Lead the Way to Exceptional Dining Experiences as Director of Food & Beverage at InterContinental HotelsSeeking a passionate and experienced foodie to join us as the Director of Food & Beverage at InterContinental Hotels! As the leader of our food & beverage operations, you will bring your expertise and enthusiasm to the team to ensure our guests experience the highest level of culinary excellence.You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of food & beverage operations, including menu design, cost control, staff training, and quality assurance. You will also be expected to create innovative and innovative dining experiences that are in line with the InterContinental brand.To be successful in this role, you must have a solid background in food & beverage operations and management. You should have a minimum of five years of F&B experience in a high-end hospitality setting, excellent leadership and communication skills, and a strong understanding of financial management. Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of food & beverage operations, including menu design, cost control, staff training, and quality assurance.
- Create innovative and innovative dining experiences that are in line with the InterContinental brand.
- Monitor and manage financial performance of food & beverage operations.
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize profits and minimize expenses.
- Monitor customer satisfaction and respond to customer needs and complaints.
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Train and motivate staff to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Monitor staff performance and provide direction and feedback.
- Develop and implement systems for tracking and evaluating performance.
Strong Leadership And Communication Skills
Bachelor's Degree In Hospitality Or Related Field
