Director - Finance Accounting

At InterContinental Hotels, we are looking for a Director – Finance Accounting who is a highly-motivated, organized and experienced professional to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strategic and analytical mindset to drive growth and profitability while ensuring compliance with all financial regulations. They will also ensure the integrity and accuracy of all financial reporting and transactions and provide leadership and direction to the financial accounting team.The ideal candidate must possess a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, a CPA designation, and a minimum of ten years of experience in a similar role. They must also have experience leading a team, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and an understanding of the hospitality industry. The Director – Finance Accounting should have the ability to anticipate and identify risks and opportunities and be able to assess and monitor financial performance. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role, as is the ability to work collaboratively with all internal and external stakeholders.
