Banquet Server

We at InterContinental Hotels are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Banquet Server to join our team. As a Banquet Server, you will be responsible for providing an exceptional level of service with a smile, ensuring that our guests have an unforgettable experience.To be successful in this role, you will need excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You should be able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Previous experience in a similar role would be beneficial. Responsibilities: •Provide exceptional customer service to guests at banquets •Develop and maintain positive relationships with guests •Ensure all guests’ needs are met in a timely and friendly manner •Assist in setting up and tearing down banquet events •Assist in serving food and drinks to guests •Check in with guests frequently to ensure their satisfaction •Clear tables and restock supplies as necessary •Follow food safety and sanitation regulations •Work as part of a team to ensure events run smoothly •Maintain a professional demeanor and appearance at all times •Be available to work during peak banquet times
