Banquet Server

Responsibilities:

1. Greeting guests and responding to questions in a friendly manner
2. Setting up banquet rooms and serving areas in accordance with InterContinental Hotels standards
3. Clearing and cleaning tables, replenishing supplies, and resetting the banquet room
4. Serving food and beverages to guests in a timely and professional manner
5. Ensuring all guests are taken care of and their needs are met
6. Following all safety and sanitation guidelines
7. Confirming banquet events, including setup times, food and beverage orders, and payment terms
8. Maintaining a clean and organized work area
9. Troubleshooting any issues that arise during the event
10. Working collaboratively with the banquet team to ensure the successful execution of events
