Banquet Server

Responsibilities: • Prepare banquet rooms for events by setting up tables, chairs, linens, decorations, and other necessary equipment • Serve guests in a professional and courteous manner • Ensure that all plates, utensils, and other supplies are stocked and ready for use • Greet guests and provide them with any necessary information regarding their event • Clean and restock banquet rooms after events are completed • Maintain a neat and organized workstation • Follow all safety and sanitation protocols outlined by the hotel • Assist other banquet staff with any tasks as needed • Respond to guest inquiries in a timely and friendly manner
