1. Greet and interact with guests in a professional and friendly manner.
2. Set up banquet room according to event specifications and ensure tables are properly stocked with food and beverage supplies.
3. Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely manner.
4. Clear tables, refill drinks, and replenish supplies as needed.
5. Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines when handling food and beverages.
6. Ensure all dishes and glassware are properly cleaned and stored.
7. Respond to guests' requests and questions in a courteous and timely manner.
8. Provide excellent customer service to ensure a positive guest experience.
9. Assist in the setup and breakdown of events as needed.
10. Follow all company policies and procedures.
