1. Provide exceptional customer service to guests at all times.
2. Set up and break down banquet tables and chairs, as well as arrange decorations according to event specifications.
3. Serve food and beverages in a timely and professional manner.
4. Ensure the cleanliness of event space before, during, and after events.
5. Maintain an organized and presentable banquet area.
6. Interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner.
7. Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines and procedures.
8. Respond to guest requests in a timely manner.
9. Collaborate with other banquet staff to ensure events run smoothly.
10. Troubleshoot and resolve any customer service issues that may arise.
