
Associate Manager, Loyalty Marketing
We are looking for an Associate Manager to join our Loyalty Marketing team at InterContinental Hotels Group. This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious and driven individual to be a part of our global loyalty program. The ideal candidate is an experienced marketing professional who is passionate about creating meaningful connections between our customers and our brands. The successful candidate will have a positive attitude and strong problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to think strategically and innovate. They should have a proven track record of developing and executing successful loyalty marketing campaigns and have the ability to work cross-functionally. The successful candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, while having excellent communication and organizational skills.Required Qualifications:• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field• 5+ years of relevant experience in loyalty marketing• Proven track record of developing and executing successful loyalty marketing campaigns• Knowledge of a range of marketing techniques and tools• Ability to think strategically and innovate• Excellent communication and organizational skills• Ability to work independently and as part of a team• Ability to work cross-functionally
