Job Description

InterContinental Hotels is looking for an outgoing, customer service-oriented individual to be a part of our front desk team. Our ideal candidate has a passion for providing excellent service, is friendly and welcoming, and is eager to make our guests feel right at home. As an Agent Front Desk, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and will be responsible for ensuring a positive experience to all of our visitors.To succeed in this role, you must have strong organizational and communication skills, be detail-oriented, and have the ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks. Additionally, you must possess a working knowledge of hospitality and front desk operations. Ideally, you have previous experience in a similar role and/or a background in hospitality. Responsibilities:

  1. Greet guests in a friendly and welcoming manner
  2. Monitor and manage guests’ check-in and check-out processes
  3. Provide guests with hotel information and answer inquiries
  4. Ensure guest satisfaction throughout their stay
  5. Respond to complaints or inquiries and take corrective action
  6. Collect payments and process payments
  7. Manage room inventories and reservations
  8. Maintain accurate records and documentations
  9. Ensure compliance with all safety and security regulations
  10. Create a warm and welcoming atmosphere for guests
