Accounting Manager (Payroll/General)

1. Oversee and manage payroll and general accounting activities including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliation.
2. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
3. Monitor and analyze financial performance and provide sound financial advice to the organization.
4. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local taxation laws and regulations.
5. Maintain and update internal accounting controls, procedures, and policies.
6. Develop and maintain relationships with banking partners.
7. Manage and coordinate the preparation of annual audits.
8. Develop and implement strategies to maximize profitability and minimize risk.
9. Identify and resolve accounting issues in a timely and accurate manner.
10. Supervise a team of accounting staff and provide feedback and guidance as needed.
