Growth Manager

Deliver insightful and company-leading analyses of IHG, markets, and competitors required to evolve and drive execution of IHG’s in support of regional growth initiatives such as Mexico growth and Kimpton franchise. Manage projects on a day-to-day basis. Projects and overall portfolio management responsibilities can be multi-functional and multi-regional in scope. Support multiple growth development and implementation projects to shape and structure the projects, manage the process and cross functional team, run the analysis and engage stakeholders, track project status and produce reports for communication with key stakeholders. Develop and utilize analytical tools to highlight critical concerns, and make appropriate recommendations based on findings. Summarize/prepare data for use in presentations to senior leaders.
