Job Description

We are currently seeking a Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) Manager to join our dynamic team. As the TPRM Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our company's third-party relationships are effectively managed and compliant with regulatory requirements. We are looking for an experienced individual with a strong background in risk management, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering results.   1. Develop and implement a comprehensive third-party risk management program, including policies, procedures, and controls.
  2. Oversee the ongoing monitoring and assessment of third-party relationships to identify potential risks and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  3. Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to establish and maintain a robust vendor management process.
  4. Conduct risk assessments of potential and existing third-party vendors to identify and prioritize potential risks.
  5. Develop and maintain relationships with third-party vendors to facilitate effective communication and risk management.
  6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes related to third-party risk management.
  7. Communicate and report on third-party risk management activities to senior management and other relevant stakeholders.
  8. Lead and coordinate due diligence and contract negotiations with third-party vendors to ensure appropriate risk mitigation measures are in place.
  9. Work closely with cross-functional teams, such as Legal, IT, and Compliance, to ensure third-party risk management policies and procedures are aligned with company goals and objectives.
  10. Provide training and education to employees on third-party risk management processes and procedures.
  11. Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the third-party risk management program, making recommendations for improvements as needed.
  12. Lead the response to any identified risks or issues related to third-party relationships, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
  13. Collaborate with internal and external auditors to provide necessary documentation and support for audits and regulatory examinations.
  14. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including regulators, to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  15. Act as a subject matter expert and advisor on all matters related to third-party risk management.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Business, Finance, Or Risk Management.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Third Party Risk Management Or A Related Field.

  • Strong Understanding Of Regulatory Requirements And Industry Best Practices For Managing Third Party Risk.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Communicate With Internal And External Stakeholders.

  • Proven Track Record Of Developing And Implementing Risk Management Strategies And Processes.
