- Monitor and maintain the overall health and performance of the data center infrastructure.
- Implement and maintain efficient procedures for data center operations, including regular maintenance and troubleshooting activities.
- Work closely with the IT team to ensure that all systems and applications are functioning properly and are in compliance with company standards.
- Install, configure, and upgrade hardware and software in the data center as needed.
- Perform regular backups and disaster recovery exercises to ensure the safety and security of critical data.
- Respond promptly to any data center outages or failures and work towards resolving issues in a timely manner.

Knowledge Of Data Center Operations: A Qualified Technician At Intercontinental Exchange Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of Data Center Operations, Including Server Hardware, Networking, And Storage Systems.
Technical Expertise: The Ideal Candidate Should Possess Technical Skills In Troubleshooting, Configuring, And Maintaining Data Center Infrastructure. This Includes Experience With Server Operating Systems, Virtualization, And Cloud Computing.
