- Create and maintain accurate and user-friendly technical documentation for Intercontinental Exchange’s products and services.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, product managers, and subject matter experts to gather information and ensure accuracy of technical documentation.
- Understand complex technical concepts and translate them into concise and easy-to-understand language for a non-technical audience.
