  1. Conduct surveillance and monitoring of trading activities to identify potential market manipulation, insider trading, and other suspicious activities.
  2. Utilize various market surveillance tools and techniques to analyze data and identify unusual patterns or trends.
  3. Conduct thorough investigations into identified suspicious activities, including reviewing trading data, communication records, and other relevant information.
  4. Collaborate with other team members, as well as external regulators and law enforcement agencies, to gather and analyze information related to suspicious activities.
  5. Prepare comprehensive reports and documentation of findings and recommendations for further action.
  6. Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and market trends to ensure effective surveillance practices.
  7. Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate the exchange of information and promote a culture of compliance.
  8. Identify and escalate potential risks and issues to senior management in a timely manner.
  9. Participate in the design and implementation of new surveillance tools and procedures to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of the surveillance program.
  10. Maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  11. Provide support and guidance to other team members as needed.
  12. Continuously review and improve surveillance processes and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
  13. Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge related to market surveillance.
  14. Adhere to company policies and procedures, as well as relevant laws and regulations.
  15. Demonstrate a commitment to maintaining fair and orderly markets and upholding the integrity and transparency of financial markets.
