- Conduct surveillance and monitoring of trading activities to identify potential market manipulation, insider trading, and other suspicious activities.
- Utilize various market surveillance tools and techniques to analyze data and identify unusual patterns or trends.
- Conduct thorough investigations into identified suspicious activities, including reviewing trading data, communication records, and other relevant information.
- Collaborate with other team members, as well as external regulators and law enforcement agencies, to gather and analyze information related to suspicious activities.
- Prepare comprehensive reports and documentation of findings and recommendations for further action.
- Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and market trends to ensure effective surveillance practices.
- Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate the exchange of information and promote a culture of compliance.
- Identify and escalate potential risks and issues to senior management in a timely manner.
- Participate in the design and implementation of new surveillance tools and procedures to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of the surveillance program.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Provide support and guidance to other team members as needed.
- Continuously review and improve surveillance processes and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
- Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge related to market surveillance.

Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Economics, Or A Related Field.
