We are seeking a highly experienced and driven individual to join our team as the Senior Director of Financial Systems at Intercontinental Exchange. In this role, you will play a critical role in leading the development, implementation, and management of our financial systems to support our growing business needs. Your leadership and expertise will be instrumental in driving operational excellence and efficiency within our financial infrastructure.   1. Lead the development, implementation, and management of financial systems at Intercontinental Exchange.
  2. Develop and implement strategies to improve and streamline financial processes and systems.
  3. Ensure the financial systems are aligned with the company's business objectives and goals.
  4. Provide strategic direction and guidance to the financial systems team.
  5. Identify and implement new technologies and tools to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of financial systems.
  6. Oversee the day-to-day operations of financial systems and ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
  7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence and identify areas for improvement.
  8. Lead and mentor a team of financial systems professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and support.
  9. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in financial systems to continuously improve processes and systems.
  10. Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues related to financial systems.
  11. Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including finance, IT, and business leaders.
  12. Communicate financial systems updates and progress to senior management and make recommendations for improvements.
  13. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
  14. Develop and manage budgets for financial systems projects and initiatives.
  15. Drive a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the financial systems team.

Job Qualifications

  • Extensive Experience In Financial Systems Management: The Ideal Candidate Should Have At Least 10 Years Of Experience In Overseeing Complex Financial Systems, Preferably In A Large Multinational Organization.

  • Strong Understanding Of Finance And Accounting Principles: A Senior Director, Financial Systems Should Possess A Deep Understanding Of Financial Processes, Including Accounting, Budgeting, Forecasting, And Financial Reporting.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successful System Implementation: The Candidate Should Have A Demonstrated Ability To Lead And Execute The Implementation Of Financial Systems In A Timely And Effective Manner.

  • Excellent Leadership Skills: As A Senior Leader, The Candidate Should Have Experience In Managing And Developing A Team Of Financial Systems Professionals, As Well As The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams.

  • Strategic Mindset: The Senior Director, Financial Systems Will Be Responsible For Driving The Overall Strategy For Financial Systems At Intercontinental Exchange. The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Strong Business Acumen And The Ability To Think Strategically To Align Financial Systems With The Company's Long-Term Goals.
