- Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients, building and maintaining strong relationships to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Understand and stay current on the financial markets and industry trends to provide strategic guidance and recommendations to clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, product development, and technical support, to address client needs and resolve any issues in a timely manner.
- Conduct regular client meetings and presentations to communicate updates, gather feedback, and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
- Utilize strong problem-solving skills to troubleshoot client issues and provide effective solutions.
- Monitor client usage and adoption of products and services, and proactively identify opportunities for improvement.
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of Intercontinental Exchange's products and services to effectively educate and train clients on their use.
- Act as a mentor and resource for junior team members, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, including contact information, interactions, and key account details.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of client service strategies and initiatives to continually improve the overall client experience.
Minimum Of 7 Years Of Experience In Client Services Or A Related Field.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing Client Relationships And Delivering Exceptional Customer Service.
Strong Understanding Of Financial Markets And Trading Platforms.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Present Complex Information To Clients.
Bachelor's Degree In Business, Finance, Or A Related Field. Mba Or Other Advanced Degree Preferred.
