  1. Monitor and patrol all areas of Intercontinental Exchange facilities to ensure a safe and secure environment for employees, clients, and visitors.
  2. Respond to emergency situations, including but not limited to medical emergencies, fire alarms, and security breaches.
  3. Conduct regular security checks of all entry and exit points, as well as other vulnerable areas, to prevent unauthorized access.
  4. Operate security equipment, such as surveillance cameras and alarms, to monitor and track any suspicious activity.
  5. Collaborate with other security team members to investigate and resolve security incidents and violations.
  6. Monitor and maintain access control systems to ensure only authorized individuals have access to restricted areas.
  7. Report any security breaches, equipment malfunctions, or safety hazards to the appropriate authorities.
  8. Provide excellent customer service to employees, clients, and visitors, addressing any security concerns or inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  9. Stay updated on all security procedures and protocols and assist in creating and implementing new security measures as needed.
  10. Maintain accurate and detailed incident reports and documentation.
  11. Attend training sessions and meetings to keep up-to-date with the latest security techniques and procedures.
  12. Conduct regular safety inspections and make recommendations for improvements to ensure a safe work environment.
  13. Act as a liaison with law enforcement and emergency response teams during security incidents.
  14. Demonstrate a strong understanding of company policies and procedures, and ensure they are followed at all times.
  15. Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism when dealing with sensitive information or situations.

Job Qualifications
