- Monitor and patrol all areas of Intercontinental Exchange facilities to ensure a safe and secure environment for employees, clients, and visitors.
- Respond to emergency situations, including but not limited to medical emergencies, fire alarms, and security breaches.
- Conduct regular security checks of all entry and exit points, as well as other vulnerable areas, to prevent unauthorized access.
- Operate security equipment, such as surveillance cameras and alarms, to monitor and track any suspicious activity.
- Collaborate with other security team members to investigate and resolve security incidents and violations.
- Monitor and maintain access control systems to ensure only authorized individuals have access to restricted areas.
- Report any security breaches, equipment malfunctions, or safety hazards to the appropriate authorities.
- Provide excellent customer service to employees, clients, and visitors, addressing any security concerns or inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Stay updated on all security procedures and protocols and assist in creating and implementing new security measures as needed.
- Maintain accurate and detailed incident reports and documentation.
- Attend training sessions and meetings to keep up-to-date with the latest security techniques and procedures.
- Conduct regular safety inspections and make recommendations for improvements to ensure a safe work environment.
- Act as a liaison with law enforcement and emergency response teams during security incidents.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of company policies and procedures, and ensure they are followed at all times.
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism when dealing with sensitive information or situations.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills.
High School Diploma Or Equivalent Education.
Minimum Of 1-2 Years Of Experience In Security Or Related Field.
Valid State Security License Or Ability To Obtain One.
Proficient In Basic Computer Skills And Ability To Learn New Security Systems.
