In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand our market share.   1. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth and increase market share.
  2. Cultivate and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders to identify new business opportunities.
  3. Lead a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, motivation, and support to help them achieve their targets.
  4. Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify potential areas for growth and develop strategies to stay ahead in a competitive market.
  5. Utilize strong business acumen to negotiate and close deals with potential clients.
  6. Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and product development, to ensure alignment in sales efforts and to maximize sales potential.
  7. Monitor and report on sales performance, providing regular updates to senior management.
  8. Stay updated on industry developments and trends, and use this knowledge to inform sales strategies.
  9. Act as a brand ambassador and promote the company's products and services through various channels.
  10. Continuously evaluate and improve the sales process and procedures to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
  11. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the company's products and services, as well as the needs and pain points of potential customers.
  12. Attend industry events and conferences to network and generate leads.
  13. Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts to aid in budgeting and planning.
  14. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as relevant laws and regulations.
  15. Mentor and train sales team members to help them achieve their full potential.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Sales Experience: A Successful Candidate For The Sales Director, Paragon Position At Intercontinental Exchange Should Have A Minimum Of 8-10 Years Of Experience In A Sales Role, Preferably In The Financial Services Industry. This Experience Should Include A Proven Track Record Of Meeting And Exceeding Sales Targets.

  • Strong Leadership Skills: As A Sales Director, Paragon, The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Managing A Team Of Sales Professionals. Therefore, Strong Leadership And Management Skills Are Essential. The Candidate Should Have Previous Experience Leading A Team, Setting Goals, And Motivating Team Members To Achieve Them.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Financial Markets: The Candidate Should Possess A Deep Understanding Of Global Financial Markets, Including Equities, Fixed Income, And Commodities. This Knowledge Will Enable The Candidate To Effectively Engage With Clients And Provide Them With Valuable Insights And Solutions.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills: The Sales Director, Paragon Will Be Required To Build And Maintain Relationships With Clients, As Well As Collaborate With Colleagues And Stakeholders Across Different Departments. Therefore, Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills Are Critical For This Role.

  • Strategic Thinking And Business Acumen: The Candidate Should Be Able To Think Strategically And Develop Creative Solutions To Meet Clients' Needs And Drive Business Growth. Strong Business Acumen, Including The Ability To Analyze Market Trends And Identify New Business Opportunities, Is Also Important For This Role.
