  1. Oversee all procurement activities for the organization, including sourcing, negotiating contracts, and purchasing goods and services.
  2. Develop and implement procurement strategies to ensure the efficient and cost-effective acquisition of goods and services.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and identify opportunities for cost savings.
  4. Lead vendor selection and manage supplier relationships to ensure high-quality products and services are obtained.
  5. Monitor and evaluate supplier performance, and implement corrective actions when necessary.
  6. Stay current on industry trends and market conditions to identify potential risks and opportunities for cost savings.
  7. Develop and maintain procurement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company standards and regulations.
  8. Manage and mentor a team of procurement professionals, providing guidance and support to drive results.
  9. Prepare and present procurement reports to senior management, highlighting key metrics and areas for improvement.
  10. Foster a culture of continuous improvement, identifying opportunities to streamline processes and increase efficiency.
  11. Collaborate with finance and accounting teams to ensure accurate tracking and reporting of procurement expenses.
  12. Ensure compliance with ethical and legal standards in all procurement activities.
  13. Represent the company in negotiations with suppliers and other stakeholders.
  14. Maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders to understand their needs and provide effective procurement solutions.
  15. Drive innovation and seek out new technologies and strategies to improve procurement processes and results.

Job Qualifications
  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Lead And Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Business, Supply Chain Management, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Procurement, Sourcing, Or Supply Chain Management.
