Engineer, Information Security Red Team

• Conduct regular security assessments and penetration testing to identify vulnerabilities and weaknesses in our systems and network infrastructure
• Collaborate with other members of the Red Team and the broader Information Security team to develop and execute attack scenarios
• Continuously monitor and evaluate our systems for any potential threats or breaches
• Develop and maintain tools and scripts to aid in security testing and analysis
• Provide recommendations and solutions for remediation of identified vulnerabilities
• Participate in red team exercises to test the effectiveness of our overall security program
• Stay up-to-date with the latest security trends, tactics, and techniques to improve our red team capabilities
• Communicate findings and recommendations to relevant stakeholders, including senior leadership
• Act as a subject matter expert and provide guidance to other teams and individuals on security best practices
• Participate in incident response and handle security incidents as needed
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of security policies, procedures, and standards
• Participate in the evaluation and implementation of new security technologies and processes
• Maintain documentation of red team activities, findings, and recommendations
• Continuously improve the organization's security posture and contribute to a culture of security awareness and vigilance.
