- Conduct comprehensive analysis of compensation and benefits data to ensure alignment with industry standards and company policies.

Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Compensation Analysis, Preferably In A Financial Or Technology Industry.
Knowledge Of Federal And State Laws And Regulations Related To Compensation, Including Fair Labor Standards Act (Flsa) And Equal Pay Act.
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Accurately Interpret And Analyze Complex Data.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Various Stakeholders And Present Findings To Senior Management.
