Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field
Strong Knowledge Of Financial Markets And Trading Systems
At Least 2 Years Of Experience In Providing Technical Support To Clients Or End Users
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Communicate Technical Information To Non-Technical Clients
Proficiency In Troubleshooting Technical Issues And Resolving Them In A Timely Manner.
