  1. Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients regarding market data products and services.
  2. Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries, issues, and requests.
  3. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to market data products and services.
  4. Monitor and maintain the accuracy and integrity of market data feeds.
  5. Collaborate with internal teams to identify and resolve data discrepancies and issues.
  6. Proactively communicate with clients regarding any changes or updates to market data products and services.
  7. Educate and train clients on how to effectively use market data products and services.
  8. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends and changes in financial technology.
  9. Assist with the onboarding of new clients and provide ongoing support.
  10. Contribute to the development and improvement of market data processes and procedures.
  11. Participate in team meetings and provide feedback and suggestions for improving customer experiences.
  12. Collaborate with sales and account management teams to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling market data products and services.
  13. Adhere to company policies and procedures and maintain a high level of professionalism at all times.
  14. Continuously strive to enhance the client experience and maintain high levels of client satisfaction.
  15. Stay informed of industry regulations and compliance requirements related to market data.

Job Qualifications
  • Excellent Communication Skills, Both Written And Verbal, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate Technical Information To Non-Technical Clients.

  • Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In A Customer Support Role, With A Focus On Market Data And Financial Services Industry.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Financial Markets, Including Equity, Fixed Income, And Derivatives Products.

  • Proficiency In Market Data Platforms And Tools, Such As Bloomberg, Reuters, And Factset.

  • Strong Problem-Solving And Analytical Skills, With The Ability To Troubleshoot And Resolve Complex Technical Issues In A Timely Manner.
