- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients regarding market data products and services.
- Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries, issues, and requests.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to market data products and services.

- Collaborate with internal teams to identify and resolve data discrepancies and issues.

Proficiency In Market Data Platforms And Tools, Such As Bloomberg, Reuters, And Factset.
Strong Problem-Solving And Analytical Skills, With The Ability To Troubleshoot And Resolve Complex Technical Issues In A Timely Manner.
