  3. Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate to appropriate teams as needed, ensuring prompt resolution.

  9. Participate in training and development programs to expand knowledge of company products and services.
  10. Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure compliance and maintain a high level of professionalism.
