Job Description

Intercontinental Exchange (ICE) is looking for an outstanding Client Support Specialist to join our team and provide exceptional client service and support. The ideal candidate has excellent communication and problem-solving skills, strong organizational abilities and attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. This position requires a team-oriented individual who is committed to delivering the highest quality service to our clients. If you have a passion for customer service and a commitment to excellence, we want to hear from you!Qualifications:• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience• 2+ years of experience in customer service or support-related role• Strong technical aptitude and ability to quickly learn new systems• Demonstrated problem-solving skills and ability to anticipate customer needs• Ability to work independently and as part of a team• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite• Excellent written and verbal communication skills• Demonstrated knowledge of customer service principles and practices• Knowledge of financial services/products is a plus
