- Develop and implement the company's Identity and Access Management (IAM) strategy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, identify business needs, and design appropriate solutions.
- Conduct research and analysis to identify areas for improvement and optimize the IAM system.
- Work closely with IT and security teams to ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
- Monitor and report on IAM system performance and make recommendations for enhancements.
- Identify and resolve any issues or challenges related to IAM implementation and maintenance.
- Communicate and present IAM strategies and updates to stakeholders and senior management.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in IAM to continuously improve the company's systems.
- Provide training and support to end-users on IAM processes and procedures.
- Collaborate with vendors and third-party providers to integrate their IAM solutions with the company's systems.
- Maintain documentation and standard operating procedures for the IAM system.
- Lead the testing and implementation of new IAM features and updates.
- Participate in project planning and resource allocation for IAM initiatives.
- Ensure the overall security and efficiency of the IAM system.
- Proactively identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the IAM team.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Computer Science, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Experience As A Business Analyst, Preferably In The Identity And Access Management Domain.
Strong Understanding Of Identity And Access Management Principles, Technologies, And Industry Best Practices.
Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Gather And Interpret Complex Data To Inform Business Decisions.
Experience Working With Cross-Functional Teams And Stakeholders To Gather Requirements, Design Solutions, And Implement Changes.
