  1. Develop and implement the company's Identity and Access Management (IAM) strategy.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, identify business needs, and design appropriate solutions.
  3. Conduct research and analysis to identify areas for improvement and optimize the IAM system.
  4. Work closely with IT and security teams to ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
  5. Monitor and report on IAM system performance and make recommendations for enhancements.
  6. Identify and resolve any issues or challenges related to IAM implementation and maintenance.
  7. Communicate and present IAM strategies and updates to stakeholders and senior management.
  8. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in IAM to continuously improve the company's systems.
  9. Provide training and support to end-users on IAM processes and procedures.
  10. Collaborate with vendors and third-party providers to integrate their IAM solutions with the company's systems.
  11. Maintain documentation and standard operating procedures for the IAM system.
  12. Lead the testing and implementation of new IAM features and updates.
  13. Participate in project planning and resource allocation for IAM initiatives.
  14. Ensure the overall security and efficiency of the IAM system.
  15. Proactively identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
  16. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the IAM team.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Computer Science, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Experience As A Business Analyst, Preferably In The Identity And Access Management Domain.

  • Strong Understanding Of Identity And Access Management Principles, Technologies, And Industry Best Practices.

  • Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Gather And Interpret Complex Data To Inform Business Decisions.

  • Experience Working With Cross-Functional Teams And Stakeholders To Gather Requirements, Design Solutions, And Implement Changes.
