Analyst, Release Operations

The Analyst, Release Operations will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the software release process, including coordination and communication with internal stakeholders, execution of release plans and processes, and managing the software release environment. This position requires a self-starter who is comfortable working in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment, and who thrives on working with diverse teams and stakeholders. Required Qualifications:• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field;• At least two years of experience in software development, release engineering, IT operations, or related field;• Proficiency in scripting languages, such as PowerShell, and software configuration management tools, such as GIT;• Experience with automated deployment tools, such as Octopus;• Understanding of ITIL principles;• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills;• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively;• Ability to work in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.
