- Develop and implement policies, procedures, and controls to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations related to infrastructure.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify and address any potential compliance risks within the company's infrastructure.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that all systems, processes, and procedures are in line with industry regulations and best practices.
- Monitor and analyze data security threats and vulnerabilities, and make recommendations for remediation and risk mitigation.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, changes in regulations, and emerging technologies to ensure the company's infrastructure remains compliant.
- Conduct training and awareness sessions for employees to promote a culture of compliance and risk management.
- Work closely with external auditors and regulatory agencies to ensure timely and accurate reporting.
- Prepare and maintain documentation, reports, and other necessary records related to infrastructure compliance.
- Communicate and collaborate with stakeholders to address any compliance-related concerns or issues.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency in maintaining compliance standards.
- Act as a subject matter expert on infrastructure compliance, providing guidance and support to other team members and departments as needed.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with integrity in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Participate in industry conferences and events to stay updated on the latest compliance and security trends and best practices.
- Proactively identify potential risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate their impact on the company's infrastructure.

Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.
Strong Analytical Skills And Attention To Detail.
Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In Compliance And Risk Management Within The Financial Industry.
Understanding Of Regulatory Requirements And Frameworks Such As Nist, Iso, And Pci-Dss.
