
Culture & Community Marketing Manager
Support Culture and Community Marketing leads in the development and management of world-class content that is visionary, culturally relevant, and positively impacts society. Serve as the program manager and oversee internal and external stakeholder management to achieve campaign delivery excellence. Conduct qualitative and quantitative analysis of cultural, community, technological, media and market trends to inform strategic and creative development for content, partnerships and campaigns. Work cross-functionally with teams including Insights, Decision Science, Partnership Marketing, and Communications teams to ensure that all work is grounded in community understanding, data, and insights to deliver data-driven results Support the development of a robust measurement plan to ensure that the content strategy is evaluated correctly and demonstrates business impact (where applicable).
7+ years of experience working for a well known brand creating compelling stories, content and campaigns
Experience with innovative social products that are geared towards youth and creators
Experience working with or in support of diverse communities
Experience in technology, startups, or consumer mobile app space
