
Consumer Product Marketing Lead
Lead a high-performing team of product marketers. Work with Marketing Insights & Data Science to generate break-through quantitative, qualitative, and competitive insights. Build strong product positioning, clear narratives, and drive influence across the Reels product to ensure we’re delivering consumer value and driving understanding. Drive go-to-market plans working closely with cross-functional teams to determine effective launch strategy and communications sequencing. Understand the Instagram Consumer and Creator (professional/partner) ecosystem, their relationship to each other, and how to leverage both to stimulate business growth. Tackle complex challenges with a strategic mindset and create thoughtful recommendations and action plans for solving them with product and cross-functional leadership.
5+ years of team management/leadership experience
10+ years of experience launching & scaling consumer apps, products or services for global consumer brands
Experience developing and driving analytically rigorous online and offline marketing campaigns
Depth of expertise in growing consumer businesses through sustained engagement and acquisition preferred
