Allocation Specialist

Collaborating closely with Customer Service to manage allocations and communication of delays to customers. Partnering with product management and commercial teams to determine priorities – including export team/other Ingredion regional businesses. Issuing allocation reports as required to use inventory available to meet customer demands. Working closely Supply Chain to follow up on supply of products from other Ingredion entities. Reporting on back orders, short stock, excess items and slow-moving inventory to discover opportunities. Communicating regarding lead-time changes and the availability of product. Improving allocation process from current manual-intensive approach to an automated approach, driven by processes.
